Apartment- and businesshouse with underground carpark | new build

The construction intention lies road-accompanying at the outer edge of downtown Suhl. It includes the construction of 39 apartments above a two-floor office and store complex. All this built upon a three-level underground garage (mezzanine offset) designed for 60 parking spaces. Apartments with two and three rooms were created as well as maisonettes in the top floor. Room groups were separated into quite (court faced) and intensely used (road faced) ones. The building development is structured into four houses, each consisting of one elevated ground level and five upper levels (including loft). Entrance is possible either from the road or through the back using the underground garage placed in the court area.
