Ideacontest in townbuilding | "Häfenmarkt" Hildburghausen

The contest for redesigning the intra-urban housing in the area of “Häfenmarkt“ was executed together with the landscape gardener Erik Hanf. The contest work has respect for existing housing and shows how to remove deficits by changes in the living environment. By adding balconies / terraces, improving the thermal insulation of the facades, modernizing the house automation and an edificial addition for common auxiliary functions the housing quality of the centrally located housings can be lastingly improved.
